Why old searches and favorites pop back up?!!!

I hate that I cannot delete searches (both saved and plain old) and favorites. Tried tweaking settings, iCloud settings, restarting iPhone, etc. - no avail. Next step is to uninstall the app, but I dont go back after I do that, so please, PLEASE fix that!

Other than that I like the app, but this stupid bug drives me nuts!!!
